Keller Williams LKN Property Management Services maximizes the revenue of our owners by offering the lowest overall service fees and discounted service fees in the area.  Our initial finders/leasing fee is only 40% of the First Month's Rent (FMR). There is no fee for tenant renewals and our finders/leasing fee is only 30% of the FMR for any subsequent new tenant leases. Our service fees and discounted service fees include no additional start-up fee, advertising fee, maintenance coordination or other hidden fees.  Plus we credit any late fee and return check fee to our owner as compensation for their inconvenience and we pay the co-broker fee to realtors who provide a tenant for our rentals.

Keller Williams LKN Property Management Services protects the property of our owners by performing a thorough tenant screening to include checking an applicant's credit, criminal background, income, employment, and rental history to ensure we get quality tenants for our rentals.  Also, we perform periodic curbside inspections and a mandatory semi-annual walkthrough inspection of each rental to verify they are being properly maintained.  And, we perform a thorough move-in and move-out inspection to document the move-in and move-out condition of the property so any damages caused by the tenant are correctly assessed and charged to the tenant

Keller Williams LKN Property Management Services relieves our owners from the stress and legalities of being a landlord by handling the duties of landlord for our owners.  This includes marketing and showing the property, screening applicants, inspecting the property with the tenant, executing the lease, collecting the rent, handling maintenance requests, sending out notices and demands for non-conformance of the lease, initiating evictions if necessary, and many other landlord duties.
