  • List and Market Rental

  • Show Rental

  • Screen Applicants
  • Prepare and Execute Rental Contract and Addendums 
  • Collect 1st Month Rent and Security Deposit
  • Maintain and Administer Security Deposit per NC Tenant Security Act
  • Perform Pre-Rental Inspection and Personal Property Inventory
  • Perform Move-In and Move-Out Inspections
  • Collect and Distribute Monthly Rent
  • Prepare Monthly and Annual Accounting Statements
  • Perform quarterly Curb-Side and Semi-Annual Walkthrough Inspections
