Keller Williams LKN Property Management Dervices offer discounted service fees1 for owners with 3 or more properties and/or for properties under our management for 3 or more years and/or for properties under a 3 year contract.

  
 
                    

Owners with 3 to 5 properties 

  • Finder/Leasing Fee:  40% of first month's rent
     
  • Monthly Management Fee:  7% of monthly rent
Owners with 6 or more properties
  • Finders/Leasing Fee:  40% of first month's rent
     
  • Monthly Management Fee:  6% of monthly rent
Properties under our management for 3 to 5 years
  • Finders/Leasing Fee:  40% of first month's rent
     
  • Monthly Management Fee:  7% of monthly rent
Properties under our management for 6 or more years
  • Finders/Leasing Fee:  40% of first month's rent
     
  • Monthly Management Fee:  6% of monthly rent
Properties under a 3 year contract
  • Finders/Leasing Fee:  40% of first month's rent
     
  • Monthly Management Fee:  7% of monthly rent

                   
 
 

Note:   1We have no additional start-up fee, advertising fee, maintenance coordination or other hidden fees.  Plus we credit any late fees and return check fees to our owner as compensation for their inconvenience and we pay the co-broker fee to realtors who bring us tenants.
