To see one of our rentals, call us at 704-658-8221 to arrange for a showing. Note: Our rentals are listed in Carolina Multiple Listing Service (CMLS) and may be shown by any licensed realtor.che

Step 2
|
If interested in on one of our rentals, download and complete our Rental Application and return it to us along with the required Application Fee. See Rental Application for instructions on completing and returning the Rental Application and Application Fee.

Step 3
|
The Rental Application is assigned to and processed by one of our Property Managers. The Rental Application typically takes 2 to 3 days to process if there are no issues. Normally, the same Property Manager will handle the complete rental process from start to finish.

Step 4
|
After the processing of the Rental Application is completed, the Applicant is notified of the status of his/her application. The Applicant must meet the Criteria for Tenancy to qualify for tenancy. If approved, a meeting is arranged with the Applicant to review and sign a Rental Contract and applicable Addendums

Step 5
|
At the arranged meeting, the Applicant must sign and provide the following items in order to be accepted as the Tenant.
- Provide proof of Identity and Social Security Number (if not already provided)
- Provide proof of Income (if not already provided)
- Sign Rental Contract
- Sign applicable Addendums
- Provide Security Depost (one month's rent)
- Provide First Month's Rent or prorated amount if tenancy doe not start on the 1st of the month.
Note: All funds provided at this meeting must be in the form of a cashier check, certified check, or money order. A personal check or cash will not be accepted.

Step 6
|
The tenant is provided information about the property to include the utilities and services for the Property. The tenant paid for utilities and services must be switched to the tenant's name effective on their move-in date.

Step 7
|
Keller Williams LKN Property Management Services performs a Move-In Inspection and Personal Property Inventory with the tenant a few days before the tenant's move-in date. The Move-In Inspection and Personal Property Inventory are performed to document the condition of the property at move-in and the personal property and appliances that will remain at the property.

Step 8
|
On the move-in date, the tenant signs for and is given with the keys to the Property, remote controls for the garage door opener, and other items if any.
