CO-BROKER POLICY

                                         
     
 

Realtors who provide a tenant for one of our rentals will be paid a Co-Broker Fee at the below rates.  The Co-Broker Fee will be paid when the tenant signs a Rental Contract and we receive the first month's rent.

  • 10% of one month's rent for rent less than $2000
     
  • 15% of one month's rent for rent equal to or greater than $2000
