Owners interested in acquiring Keller Williams LKN Property Management Services should contact us at 704-658-8221 and talk with one of our Property Managers. For owners who would like to proceed beyond this point, we will arrange a follow-on meeting at your property. This will give owners an opportunity to meet us and for us to view your property as well as answer additional questions about our services. For out-of-town owners, we will arrange to view your property and handle all transactions remotely.
When acquiring our property management services, owners will be required to provide and/or sign the following items: Provide:
Note: A W-9 and Property Information form are available at the end of this page. After the Property Management Agreement has been signed, we will conduct a Pre-Rental Inspection and Personal Property Inventory of the property. The Pre-Rental Inspection is conducted to document the existing condition of the property and to ensure it is fit and habitable per NC Residential Rental Agreement Act. If conditions are found that make the property not fit and habitable, the conditions must be corrected before tenants will be allowed to occupy the rental property. The Pre-Rental Inspection is different from the Move-In Inspection that is conducted with the tenant.
